The part showed up earlier than expected even packaged very well. An amazingly fixed my daughter’s air conditioning something we’ve been trying to do for two years. She has a 2014 cruise and they are a difficult car with air conditioning. Everything is discontinued or the wrong one this was the right one I was amazed.

Hi Dan, I am pleased to assist you. Yes, this compressor comes pre-charged with the correct amount of PAG oil (Polyalkylene Glycol oil), which is required for proper lubrication. However, there are instances where you're required to empty the “shipping” oil and load the component with the right amount of the correct type of AC compressor oil before installing it. Hi Dan, I'm glad to assist you. Yes. It is pre-filled with oil, but manufacturers recommend that you drain the "shipping oil" and refill with "proper PAG oil" (precise amount) upon installation. The other purpose of the added oil is to protect the compressor during its stay on the dealer's shelves, retailers' stores, and during transport. A certified mechanic should start the a/c charging process (vacuuming and freon loading process) and finish the job. It is guaranteed to fit the 2011-2022 Ford Mustang 5.0L/5.2L.
