I'm not sure if I understand completely and You didn't list any specific details...but I believe You are asking if the oil is compatible for the compressor??? I believe the answer is yes. Generally, people will recommend their particular brand preferences but as long as You are using a product with the component it is marketed for it'll be fine. For Example... Use "Radiator Fluid" in a "Radiator" regardless of the manufacturer/brand. "Engine/Motor Oil" in an "Engine" A Brand/Company cannot sell something for a specific use that it is not made to be used for. Again, like Penzoil Motor Oil can't be sold as Penzoil Transmission Fluid because they are 2 specific products made for 2 specific uses. Hope that helps!!

Question: What is the correct amount (ounces) of PAG oil in the AC compressor of a 2007 kia rondo EX 2.4l DOHC?Louie / Jul 29, 2024
Hi Louis, thank you for reaching out. If you're installing a new a/c compressor, drain all the refrigerant oil from the removed a/c compressor and measure its volume. Subtract the volume of drained oil from 120cc (4.20 oz.). The result is the amount of oil you should drain from the new compressor (through the suction fitting). If no oil was drained from the old a/c compressor, don't drain more than 50cc (1.6907 ounces) from the new compressor. Question: Hi I just buy a new 4 seasons a/c compresor for my 2007 ford crown vic. do I need to put oil ? thank youRUBEN R. / Aug 03, 2021
Hi Ruben, I'm glad to assist you. Most aftermarket a/c compressors already come pre-oiled. You won't be needing this compressor oil unless your mechanic said so. I hope this helps, and thank you for inquiring.
