Hi Jason, thank you for reaching out. This item is incompatible with the 2018 Ford Mustang GT. The Ford Mustang GT uses integrated MAF/IAT (mass airflow/intake air temperature) sensors. The sensors are located on the opposite sides of the vehicle in the duct next to the air filter.
