Hi Dimitri, I'm glad to assist you. Have you run a diagnostic, tried a scan tool, and a trouble code showed up pointing to this part? Please consult a qualified mechanic to confirm if this part is really defective or not. You cannot confirm if it is faulty by disassembling the part.

Has a qualified mechanic run a diagnostic scan tool already, or do you have a scan tool code that came up? We recommend you run a scan tool to isolate the problem part.
