Great service and alternator.. of course I bought it new .. fast delivery .. I am very satisfied .. very easy to put on (with the right tool) that is .. lol .. just make sure when u are done placing it, that u put the belt back on and make sure it's in the right grooves .. and tighten it :)

Packing was poor. Big box and very little bubble wrap. It installed with no problem and seems good so far, it's only been about a week so hard to tell but so far so good. They need to use a much smaller box and a lot more packing material.
