This is designed only to fit the driver side, this is not interchangeable with the passenger side(we aplogize for the wrong typo). The passenger side is temporarily out of stock. I would rather recommend you the DSS brand with a 3 year warranty with part numbers DSS6758N(left) and DSS6759N(right). Please see the link below.

This passenger side front axle assembly is compatible with the 2003 Mazda 6 i 4 Cyl 2.3L (not for S submodel). Please make sure of the submodel of the vehicle before you purchase the part.
