Hi,
As per checking, this battery cable will only fit the 2007 Ford F-350 Super Duty XL 8 Cyl 5.4L. We do not carry battery cable for 10 Cyl 6.8L, diesel.

This is just the battery cables for the negative and positive terminals. This does not come with the fuse box.
