- Torx T20 screwdriver
- Plastic fork
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Turn your engine off and set the parking brake.
Step 2: Using a Torx T20 screwdriver, loosen the two screws holding the plastic trim of the steering column.
Step 3: Using a plastic fork, pry the upper plastic trim so that you can remove it.
Step 4: Disconnect the electrical connector from the turn signal switch by pressing the plastic tab.
Step 5: You can now remove the turn signal switch by pressing the locking tab and pulling it upwards.
Step 6: Take the new turn switch signal. Put it back in its place. Then reconnect it.
Step 7: Put the upper plastic trim back in place. Then screw the 2 retaining screws back in.
Step 8: You can now test your turn signal switch.
