Item works as needed. But came with no instructions or install paperwork. Also. The fan controller wire was wired backwards so had to change it around to work correctly.

It was not an exact fit. It came with out ANY paper work at all. No explanation or instructions on installing the much smaller resistor!
This is as close to GREAT as I can get!
