The Audi dealer quoted $1,120 to replace the blower motor. Its right behind the glove box, and only required 3 torx screws to remove it. Bought this part for around $80 all in, and it took about 20 minutes to remove the old and install the new. Saved $1,040 vs going to the dealer. Highly recommended.

Note: As relates blower motors; make sure you get the exact replacement as there are many less costly blowers, but mine required this exact blower due to plug configuration/electronics.
Suggest spending a bit of time online to ensure you get exactly what you need.

This part fails a lot on A4 B5s and this aftermarket version is way, way cheaper than OEM. Perfect fit; the only downside is that this motor is a little but louder, but not problematically so. At first it sounded like I was driving around with a B-52 in the glove box, but then something broke off and the motor noise went to a normal level. So - lesson is, look for some clip or something you may need to remove, or just be patient and run the motor for a while until it wears in.
