Based on the group of vehicles this part fits, the part number for the resistor with manual A/C is REPJ191802 and for automatic A/C is part number REPJ191803. This is the part that blows both cold and hot air for 2002-2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We highly recommend to have the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to pinpoint what part needs replacement.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Wed, Nov 18I have an 06 ram. I changed both the blower and ceramic switch module and got better volume. The ceramic module should be near the blower and is about 1"x2" . If the ceramic module is cracked the switch does not work properly.
