This bumper came in folded and that was something I expected be weary and if you are to get this painted make sure you leave it to the professionals. If you are going to paint this yourself make sure to let this bumper full sit and stretch and try to keep it away from the floor because it easily scuffs this is a very tight fitting bumper cover but it will go over with enough forcing.

Question: I own a 2005 Ram 1500 SLT and was wondering could I replace this on my truck as is, after removing the upper bumper and bumper? Or would I need any new brackets or anything else? This is based on the SRT correct?Marvin J. / Oct 25, 2020

We only guarantee fitment based on our application guide. If another customer has done a retrofit, hopefully they can provide more information. You may also contact your dealership parts department for a list of brackets necessary since different set of brackets are required for this bumper cover compared to the steel bumper.
