I would not recommend this product. It arrived bent and torn. It was not like the original product and it was very flimsy. The good part was that the refund process was painless.

Yes, this is perfectly fit the 2011 Buick Regal All Submodels. This bumper has fog light holes, no tow hook and license plate provision.
