Answered by Arnel E. / Mon, Feb 20Wash it with water and a little soap, then dry it then scuff it with red scuff pad. Blow it off , wash it again with water and soap, dry it , use a plastic adhesion promoter, then primer, then color , then clear with a flex additive to it , follow tech sheets for proper mixes .
