First one they sent was folded in half. Issue was it remained creased at lower valance.
So I returned it and the 2nd bumper was folded into 3rds, which worked out well.

Hi Lanny,
The difference in the bumpers would be the mountings. This bumper is just for the 2007 Ford Mustang GT. Unfortunately, we currently do not have in stock the California Package bumper compatible with the 2005 Ford Mustang GT 8 Cyl 4.6L.

I had replaced my stock GT bumper cover with this cover and it fit perfectly if your car is originally a GTCS it should fit with no problem you may have to transfer some of the original parts and supports from your OEM cover.

Yes it will fit the Mustang, in the Ford system, it only shows for 2007-2009 models because this model came out in 2007.
