The product is fine. the shipping of the product is poor. I buy a lot of bumpers and they usually come in folded and unfold without issue. This bumper has a thin brace for the lower grill to attach to and it twists this brace up when they fold it and makes the bumper useless. They need to attach a solid shipping cardboard to this center brace prior to folding so it only folds on the ends and not in the middle also. Very frustrating to have to order parts multiple times due to the shipping department error.

It appears that a black plastic air dam or scoop is fastened to the lower of the front bumper cover which would be a separate piece from the bumper cover.
