There's only one piece thats a bumper cover, and the black (or painted ) lower air dam valence piece thats on the very bottom. Answered by Aldrin P. / Sat, Mar 18Dont know why they call it upper and lower when its bumper cover and lower valance. If your not needing the lower valance piece this is the correct part your looking for. Got it for my 3013 Edge after it had a disagreement with a deer and it looks great.
