1st bumper they sent was damaged in transit. Sent pics to CARPARTS.COM and they immediately sent another one at NO COST. 2nd one is not broken and ready to install. Theseguys are AWESOME!

Hi Donavon, I'm glad to assist you. No, they won't. These are only compatible with the MDX models. Unfortunately, we currently don't carry bumpers for the 2008 RL. We suggest checking the local parts stores around your area or the Acura dealership directly on what they have available to offer you. I hope this helps and happy shopping.

Hi Corey, No, we currently don't carry installation hardware for the Acura bumpers. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
