Hi Rajesh, I'm glad to help you out. Most likely folded because of its size. Most unpainted aftermarket bumper covers come folded to assume a more compact form. Folding our bumper covers allows us to help our customers enjoy savings on shipping costs. Hi Al, I'm glad to assist you. It is the same part. The difference is the CAPA quality certification, which makes the CAPA version usually with a higher price than the non-CAPA certified part. Automobile insurance companies created the Certified Automotive Parts Association (CAPA) to oversee a test program guaranteeing the suitability (fit and form) and quality of aftermarket automotive parts compared to original parts. However, for the non-CAPA, remember that being non-CAPA certified doesn't necessarily mean lower quality. The parts are just as good, but the manufacturer chooses not to pursue CAPA certification to cut costs.
