Hi Michael,
This center bumper grille is a direct fit OE (Original Equipment) replacement for the 2007-2008 Pontiac G5 GT 4 Cyl 2.4L and the 2009 Pontiac G5 GT 4 Cyl 2.2L. By lower driving lights, do you mean the fog lights? if yes, then this part would fit perfectly.
