The part fit perfectly, the holes lined up exactly, I did not have to drill any new holes. The only problems was, I had to find new fasteners, as the original one were lost when the original ones were ripped off from the car when I hit the branches.

This is the part underneath all the engine components. It protects the underside of the engine compartment from rocks, water, etc.
