Came packaged well, direct replacement, no need for any cutting or welding. Hardest part was taking everything off old bumper, and all parts fit directly onto new bumper. Did a black powder coat finish which adhered well and everything looks great!

Received destroyed boxes with a folded up valance and a scratched up bumper. Called and had new ones sent. Same thing happened a second time. I don't write reviews but felt the need for this. You get what you pay for. Customer service was nice and helpful though.

If you look closely you'll see that the bumper is 2 pieces. The metal portion and a flexible plastic cover that goes on top of the metal bumper. The cover is not shown in the photo you attached.
