I did the 4th gen bumper swap on my 2nd gen, took a couple hours with just hand tools. If it is a replacement for your 4th gen I’d say 1-1 1/2 hours

You missed mentioning what type of Ram for me to check. Is it 1500,2500,3500,4500, or 5500?
