Took some tweaking to get old one off but this fit in nicely. Did take a little welding to get it completly working but it is working very well and check engine has not been on now for 50 miles. That is a great sign it is good.

The O2 sensor is further down the exhaust next to the resonator on the 2003 Lasabre

Hi Jason, Yes, it would. This part fits the 2001-2005 Buick LeSabre Custom and Limited 6 Cyl 3.8L with California Emission, outside of the CA, NY, M,E and CO.

You gotta buy screws for this, what comes originally on the buick will not fit on the flange. Installing went easier after a trip to advance auto parts
