Hi Joshua, thank you for reaching out. No, it will not. There are two front converters and one rear converter in that vehicle. I suggest you clarify with your mechanic which ones you exactly need.

Hi Eleazar, I am pleased to assist you. Yes, this catalytic converter is guaranteed to fit the 2008 Kia Sedona 6 Cyl 3.8L radiator side with Federal emission. Check the Vehicle Emission Control Information sticker, usually found underneath the hood, to see if it matches the emission control specifications. Federal emissions (48-state) stickers will simply say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA regulations," whereas California-emissions (50-state, CARB) vehicles will say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA and the State of California regulations."
