Answered by Mitchell D. / Wed, Nov 17I would check back pressure at each oxygen sensor first. Then check or replace both oxygen sensors and make sure they are working before replacing the exhaust manifold.

No, this is just the front unit, the one with the manifold that connects to the engine.

Both o2 sensors were replaced, did not correct
Upper 02 sensor was removed and bore scope camera was placed in opening , deterioration and failure of inside structure was found
