Hi Joe, I agree with the staff's assessment. I needed a 4.6 rwd cat and accidentally received the 4wd. I'll save you the trouble; it did not fit. CarParts was gracious in their assistance and eventually received the correct cat (for a rwd). Good luck!

Yes joe they will fit the 4.6 and the 5.4 are the same motor with differences on the top end . The exhaust is the same for both .
