Holes in flange are so large that the factory nuts will go through the. It is also 1.25 inches shorter than factory so you will need an extension piece to reach the existing exhaust pipe. And the hanger bracket doesn’t even come close to the mounting point on the truck.

Our record shows that the Catalytic Converter you ordered is match for a 2003 Ford F-150 XLT, however, the part will fit only depending with the engine size and the drive train of the vehicle. For us to check why are you having such issue can you tell us the if your 2003 Ford F-150 XLT is 2WD or a 4WD and can you tell us the engine size of your vehicle? Can you also, confirm if you are having an issue only for the Passenger Side?

The holes in the flange are so large that the factory nuts will go through it. It is also 1.25 inches shorter than the original and so does not line up with the drivers side pipe.

I ordered a catalytic converter like that for my 2001 f150 four-wheel drive. You will have to purchase the muffler and the rest of the exhaust system separately. My neighbor is very good at fabricating and he earned his pay, each run had to be and rewelded to fit properly. I live in Michigan so I didn't even bother putting a muffler on it it's running straight out of the cats, 8 cylinders, it sounds very angry when you stand on it. Lol hope this helps.

Just need two bolts to connect to the exhaust manifold? It seems I had a little kit but I brought it straight to the mechanic who installed it. I bought both sides, came treated with a whitish rust resistant covering

Hi William,
Yes, this is designed to be used within the 46 states having the EPA/Federal emissions standard. This cannot be used in the states of CA, NY, ME and CO. The parts attribute show a CA emission Tag which means that your car has a low emission output but for use on the 46 states only. The sticker under your hood (VECI), the Vehicle Emission Control Information should say.."this vehicle conforms with the US EPA/Federal emissions.. and CA emissions.." as well.

Yes. The fit just fine on my truck. They just don’t qualify as California emission safe.
