This catalytic converter did not fit my 2001 Jag. Installer had to weld extension and cut and weld old manifold connection end.
Just so you can ensure other sales are ok.

Instead of nearly $2,000 for a factory model, this worked out fine. Just needed the right size gaskets (not included) and make sure all the codes are reset, and the car is driven for a while, otherwise the check engine light / code can come back.

Hi Dednico, I'm pleased to assist you. No, these do not fit the 2003 Jaguar S-Type Base 6 Cyl 3.0L. We have available direct-fit cat converters for the vehicle. However, please check the Vehicle Emission Control Information sticker, usually found underneath the hood, to see if it matches the emission control specifications. Federal emissions (46-state) stickers will simply say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA regulations," whereas California-emissions (50-state) vehicles will say, "This vehicle conforms to U.S. EPA and State of California regulations."
