The person installing the catalytic converter said he had some challenges with the fitment, but this helped my 95 Integra pass the Japanese emissions test, which is very strict, so I'm very happy with the purchase!

No gaskets or bolts included
On the "in" side, Stock bolt with springs will not reach to be able to connect stock manifold to magnaflow cat. So basically you might need longer bolts. Stock heat shield will not fit on Mflow cat oh well...
