Hi Tony, I'm glad to assist you. This rear upper control arms are not adjustable. It is a fixed position part. Please refer to your vehicle specific service repair manual for any repair or adjustment you are needing on your rear suspension. A visit to your trusted local auto repair shop would be of big help to have the repair done since they also have much of the complete tools needed for a rear control arm replacement. Hi, I'm glad to help you out. A control arm synchronizes the tire motion that improves the steering and reduces the tire wear-out with the less-traction contact surface as the rubber meets the road. If one control arm is bent, the vehicle will continuously vibrate at the time of driving. And I believe the stabilizer you're referring to is the sway bar links. Hello! I would start with penetrating oil such as PB Blaster, and let it soak overnight. A torch would be the last resort, but would surely allow you to loosen the bolt after heating it up.
