Question: Got a dip coming from under tank is ?that hose or do I have replace whole plastic tank ?Michael A. / Oct 15, 2020
Hi Michael,
If the reservoir cracks or develops any small leaks it can cause the coolant to leak or evaporate at a slow rate. This means you will need to perform a methodical inspection of the hoses, the radiator, and the coolant reservoir. We highly recommend having the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to determine what part needs replacement.

If it’s a plastic tank not the OEM you mostly gonna be replacing every 6 months the tank and yes with the heat coming off engine plastic tanks get cracks and loose coolant for sure ! Definitely if there’s a leak from the bottom of it your tank most be time to replace !

Answered by victor A. / Thu, Oct 15It could just be a hose or the overflow if you fill it too much their is a hole in the threads that makes it leak out the bottom
