Question: Is this part the motor or the actuator? Or both? It says the motor is sold separately, but under “Highlights” it says the part is “Blend Door Motor”Sharron G. / Nov 07, 2020 / 2003 Acura CLA/C Actuator - Direct Fit
Hi Sharon,
The motor and the actuator for the blend door are not the same. This is a blend door motor which the actuator controls, is what diverts and controls the flow of air. The blend door actuator is a small electric motor that features sensors connected to your car's climate control system.
