The instructions say you should press the trans mount bushing in and out, but with some elbow grease and actual grease it came in and out without tooo much of a fight. getting it back in was much harder though. Probably would be better if it was a 2 peice design, but it works well.

it was so quick and easy to intsall i was already under the car to install my short shifter and figured my worn out old bushings needed to go these bushings firmed up and stablizes the shifter creeating smoother more efficient shifts.i love this product and all i have bought from here cant beat the prices!!
