Hi, As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Hi, Yes, this is a plastic piece between the tires and the fender. This is the fender liner for the Front, Passenger Side, Rear Section. Unfortunately, the driver's side is currently out of stock.
