Hi Collin, I'm glad to assist you. The part could be defective. Please check the socket connector if there is no loose terminal (the prong is pushed backward). If still not working, you can have it replaced or returned for a refund. Call our hotline, 1-866-529-0412, and ask to be transferred to the returns department.
