No. It's not possible. This piece need to install from back of the bumper. You don't have any access with bumper still on the car. There is a lot of tutorials online for how to remove F30 bumpers, it's not that difficult.

I had to remove the front bumper assembly to install this part on my 2014 328i the clips that hold it in please are impossible to remove with the bumper attached to the car. Once removed, the installation was a breeze.

Question: I am confused as to where in the m style bumper this goes to. Can someone paint a picture? This isnt the kidney grille.
