I don't believe so. You'll need to measure your drive shaft. Your shaft I believe is 702 mm or 27.63 inches. This one is 718 mm or 28.25 inch. There was a length change after production data 12/1/2005 where BMW went with a shorter drive shaft. This length is for X3 that was build before 12/1/2005
