Replace the compressor and condenser on my 2003 Cadillac CTS. After determining amount of oil the system held and allowing for any residual in the remaining system I added the correct amount to the compressor before the install. Fired up and charged with 134A. Ran for half hour and things look very good.

Question: How do I put compressor oil in
?A Shopper / Jun 30, 2020 / 1994 BMW 850CSiRefrigerant Oil - Sold Individually, 8 Oz. Volume; Pag 46 Oil
Hello! You will pour it straight into the compressor. Definitely drain whatever may be inside the compressor first, and measure exactly how much you put back in, per manufacturer recommended capacity.

Question: So if you don’t use this oil inside your compressor what may possibly happen?Sean A. / Apr 22, 2023 / 1994 BMW 850CSiRefrigerant Oil - Sold Individually, 8 Oz. Volume; Pag 46 Oil
Hi Sean, I'm glad to assist you. The a/c compressor would not work as expected since there is a specific PAG oil for the proper operation. Please check your car's a/c manual to be guided accordingly. Grab our low-price promo and click the link below to buy it today. Happy shopping!
