Installed and working on my 71 Demon running a 17” Derale fan there is about a 20 degree span between on and off. Only reason for 4 stars is I just put it on if it holds up I would give it 5 stars. Easy install.

Not a direct replacementAuxiliary Fan Control Unit - Direct Fit, Sold Individually

This was promoted as a replacement for the fan timer unit on an 1989 Honda Prelude which has a fan timer unit. The function is to run the cooling fans for up to 15 minutes after the car is shut off if the coolant is above a set temperature. The car has two temperature sensors but the unit does not use them. It has a hard wired sensor and installation would be a significant challenge as would be the correct modifications to the cars wiring.
