Hi Jeffery, I'm glad to assist you. It is a Dinan Throttle Booster. This is the kind of tuner that you would plug into the wiring harness on the vehicle's accelerator pedal. The Dinan Throttle Booster is an inline module. What this means is that the factory wiring harness you removed from the pedal will now plug into one end of the wiring harness of the Dinan module. The other end of the Dinan module's harness will then directly plug into the accelerator pedal.
