That is the PCV valve that is incorporated on the valve cover.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sat, Dec 19This is the PCV diaphram not the PCV Valve. The Valve is built into the intake manifold. Both parts will need to be replaced to fix the problem. If both are not replaced , you will blow the new diaphram in several thousand miles and be back in this position.

Yes, this part fits the 2012 Chevrolet Cruze Eco, LT, LTZ 4 Cyl 1.4L. You don't necessarily have to change the valve cover yet. Change the PCV valve first, it might solve the problem. If the PCV system fails, severe sludge buildup and oil leaks can occur. We highly recommend having the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to determine what part needs replacement.

You can confrim the part using your vin# and yes, you have to replace the whole unit since the pcv valve is part of the unit, not a separate piece!

This valve cover is only compatible with the 2011 Chevrolet Cruze Eco, LT, and LTZ 4 Cyl 1.4L. This is not for LS which is 4 Cyl 1.8L. There are 2 different types for the 1.8L. Please follow the link below so you can choose the right one.
