For the price, definitely worth spending the money. Had mine rust out just at the flange, and didn't want to spend 500+ on a new cat when mine really wasn't bad. Car parts definitely helped me out with this purchase in saving money and time. Shipping was fast and easy, and nicely packaged.
This one comes with flanges on both ends, my 08 prix didn't have one as I've replaces the resonator and the muffler shop cut it off.
