One of the 7 molded plastic clips that hold to piece to the hood was broken and hanging by a thread. The package was not damaged so it was probably broken prior to shipping. I used J B WELD to reattach it, let it set up for 2-3 days and installed the part without any problems. However, for a $50 part, better quality control should be invoked in the shipment process.
