Exact fit for my 2004 Honda that was made in 2003, so it had the previous year's door lock actuator model, which I found by trial and error. Shipped quickly, and with the help of a great youtube video, the installation process was complete in about 2 hours.

I purchased one of these, had it installed by a certified shop and all was fine for about 8 months. Then it started making a long loud clicking noise every time I locked the door. I got a warrantied replacement (which obviously doesn't cover installation costs) had installed and it only worked for 5 weeks before the same issue developed. I'm now about 1 month into the 3rd unit. When/if this one fails I'll do what I should've done from the onset, use OEM parts from GM.

This part is the actuator motor only that is why it looks different from a complete door lock actuator assembly.
