Hi Joe,
Yes. This set of headlights has a mounting bracket at the back and can be adjusted by turning the screws.
Turn the top adjustment screw on the headlights clockwise to raise the beam and counterclockwise to lower the beam.

Yes, they come ready to install using standard mounting clips. may need to readjust the beam sight plan. May also need to get the proper tools needed to adjust these when installed.
