This is a guaranteed fit for your 1999 Chevrolet Blazer LS 6 Cyl 4.3L, ZR2 package(off road). The inner wheelhouse design is the same for the non-off road package.

Hi Jeff, I am pleased to assist you. Firstly, these inner wheel houses are not suitable for your 1996 Chevrolet Impala. After checking, we currently do not have available the inner wheelhouse and/or fender liners compatible with your vehicle. We also do not have the installation hardware. We usually suggest collecting and cleaning the old installation hardware, as you can probably reuse some of them or take them as a sample to an auto supply store and purchase them locally.
