Well, this looks like the module I put in my 95 GMC Sierra. There was a recall on these modules. Install was easy. I seem to remember some greasy contacts in the motor housing that needed to be cleaned up too.

It does works on my Chev. 97 K1500 4x4 . I wipe off old grease before I replace new parts. Hope this helps.
