Hi Tom, I'm glad to assist you. Yes, this comes with the keyhole. You can install a tailgate lock cylinder since this handle is really designed for with a locking tailgate. As per checking, we do not carry a tailgate lock cylinder with keys. You can buy one from another store and install it to this tailgate handle as long as it is a direct fit for your selected vehicle application. I hope this helps.
