Hi Jason, I'm glad to assist you. This one says except cutaway chassis (the flow rate would be insufficient). The specifications would not be compatible since this also requires VIN G (4th up to the 8th character of the VIN) to match with your 6.0L as well. As it turns out. We do not carry the matching fuel pump if you have the long cut-away chassis. Still, you might need other parts, such as front ceramic brake pads as an upgrade.
